These peoples are not even able to write an accident report correctly, (or have it falsified purposefully?) and after we complained to them, providing them with photos as evidences of their “mistakes”, they refuse to admit their “mistakes”, they refuse to do anything, even telling lies to the assurance company, causing losses and sufferings to me and my family. |
Here is the dirty work made by police officer DEL ZOTTO, OP 122 209 78 just before going to retirement so the report cannot be amended! In RED are my corrections and annotations

How the accident happened
On 22nd July 2012, I was driving on the high occupancy vehicles (HOV) lane of the highway Southbound at a speed of 100 Km/H, when the car in front of me abruptly left the lane, crossing the “Do Not Cross Area”. I discovered that there was a huge object on my current lane. There were also other objects on all the other lanes that drivers of all vehicles tried to avoid by changing lanes. I avoided that object by driving on the shoulder on the left side. After passing the object, I merged back onto the HOV lane. After this, two vehicles first hit me at on the rear of my car, on the right corner side. This first collision caused my car to swerve and cross the other lanes diagonally where a third car violently hit my vehicle violently on the right side, on the right front door. I was just able to stop my car on the grass on the right side of the Highway.
Vehicles damages
My car shows some damages on the rear due to the first two impacts, and important damages on the right front door and vehicle frame due to the violent third impact. There are no damages in the front or other parts of my vehicle (see photos). The red car that made the last impact in the middle right side of my vehicle shows important damages in the front due to the impact, and secondary damages caused when that car rolled several times in the ditch. The white car that made on of the two first impacts had minor damages, but after looking at them, the driver ignored them, called the police and latter becomes a “witness”.
Road conditions
There were a large blue tarp on the middle of the HOV lane, and other debris in the other lanes of the highway. A lot of cars were travelling on the highway, trying to avoid different objects on the lanes. Except on the HOV lane, there were a lot of cars on the road travelling at high speed and too close distance, which was one of the cause of the third impact. Another accident took place at the same location about twenty minutes later, which may be one of the causes the police did his job in a hurry, improperly...
Reports to police officers
At the location of the accident, a police officer asked me what happened and after I made my report, the police officer acknowledged that there were at least three cars involved in the accident, and said that my report was consistent with the reports of all other persons involved in the accident. There were effectively three, only three cars stopped near the site of the accident: my car, a white car, and a red car which front was badly damaged. I saw the driver of the white car inspecting the left front corner of his car for a significant amount of time. Later, at the hospital, I was asked again by another police officer, PC DEL ZOTTO, to report the accident and that officer also said that my report was consistent with the other reports. Thus, at the time of the accident, there were two police officers that agreed that there were three cars involved in the accident and that my report was credible and consistent with other people’s reports.
Report to the assurance company
I declared the accident to the assurance company and about a week later the assurance company phoned us to inform me that my car cannot be repaired and that I will receive an amount of about 5600 CAD, but I had to wait first for the police report... Unfortunately... Several weeks later, Domingos Loriann of the assurance company called me again to inform me that the police report was totally different from all reports made and that I was at fault, and that I won’t be disbursed as my vehicle was not covered. I was told that in the accident report there is no mention of the first car(s) that first hit the back of my SUV car, causing the last and big collision. In fact the driver of that first car that first impacted my vehicle has retracted from the involvement of the accident and became an illegitimate witness, declaring that I lost control of my vehicle by myself when I avoided the object on the HOV lane! I replied that I strongly disagree with that decision and that I want it reversed. I sent photos and a drawing as proofs by email to explain what happened to Loriann, but Loriann ignored them all, saying that the police report is an official document that they cannot ignore. I asked to have that police report revised and amended, but several days later Loriann told me that the police officer who wrote the report has just retired and that for this reason the report cannot be amended! Concerning the damages in the back of my car, one of the staff of the assurance company, Mr. Keith Chan, accused me that these damages were already present before the accident, which is not true! In fact the accident report mentions the damages on the rear of my vehicle as “secondary damages” caused by one impact only, totally ignoring that there were a prior impact by another vehicle, that of the illegitimate witness. Later Loriann phoned me, to force me to tow away my car from the garage, or pay for the parking fees. On September 21 I also received a registered letter from the garage asking me to move away my car, or I will have to pay for $60 for each day starting September 21. To preserve the evidences, I called the CAA Company to tow my car to another garage, Danny Auto on Woodbine Avenue, for keeping the car available for further inspection in the case it is necessary to have the car inspect again for amendment of the accident report, as I will never admit to be at fault for this accident.
After many insistences, Loriann sent me a copy of the first page of the police report. I were shocked as the police report is so different to what was reported to the police officers at the time of the accident, so wrong and full of evident errors, that I don’t understand how staffs of an assurance company can give that police report so much importance, given that I supplied the assurance company with photographs, a drawing, and explanations as proofs of errors in that accident report.
I phoned the OPP AURORA and asked to have a conversation with Sergeant Burrows who contacted me on Saturday September 22, 2012 and I explained the case to him. After several minutes of conversation, the sergeant who kindly helped me agreed that I was not at fault regarding this accident, and asked me to point out to the assurance company that in the accident report, it is said that my vehicle condition had no apparent defect and that I was driving properly (case 31 and case 33 both filled “01”). Concerning the whole case of the accident, the sergeant said that he can explain to the assurance company that I am not at fault for this accident. However, when submitting again my claim to the CIO, the insurance company told me that Sergeant Burrows maintained his wrong point of view that there are no evidence of a first collision on the back and the insurance company wrote me a letter saying that I am 100% at fault for this accident, which is an insult to me. Again, I was cheated by the police. I have been cheated by both the Sergeant and the insurance company!

- The front of the car that collided my vehicle was totally smashed due to the impact, but on the accident report this has been totally ignored and wrongly replaced by secondary impact on both sides of the vehicle (case 64 wrongly filled “09” meaning “left centre” instead of “11” meaning “left front corner” or “12” meaning “front centre”, and case 65 filled “03” meaning “right centre”). These lesser damages on the sides and other parts of that vehicle were caused when that vehicle rolled in the ditch, not by vehicle impacts. |
Falsified Accident Report
- There are no mentions of the first cars that made the first impact on the rear of my vehicle, nor in the drawing. The damages on the rear right side of my vehicle have been wrongly stated as “secondary damages” from a unique (but in reality first) impact in the case 63 filled “05”.
- The name of the driver of one of the vehicles that made the first two impacts and caused the violent third impact has been filled in the case “independent witness - name”. At the time of the accident, there were two police officers that agreed that there were (at least) three cars involved in the accident. Effectively, there were three, only three cars, stopped near the site of the accident, beside the vehicles of police and emergency services. One of the car that made one of the two first collisions ran away. The location is also inaccessible by pedestrians. Therefore there never have been “independent witnesses”.
- According to the drawing on the accident report, the front of my vehicle impacted the left side of the other vehicle. In reality, it is the front of the other vehicle that impacted the middle right side of my vehicle. The front of my vehicle has no damages, but the right front door frame is badly impacted. This is very clear on the photos: |
Photos of the rear damages Both the Police and the insurance company, Pembridge Insurance Company, says: “There are no evidences of an impact on the rear!”

Update: 6 February 2013 On November 7th, 2012, I made an online complaint against the police on the site of OIPRD. On 6 February 2013, I was asked to go to the OPP Aurora, and after about 2 hours trying to convince the police officers, I only was forced to withdraw my complaint, being said that my demand for amendment of the accident report will never be satisfied! The police officers maintain their position that all my photographs and other evidences are not “strong enough”. Despite the facts, they continually say that there are no evidence of a first collision on the rear of my vehicle, and while they now agree that the drawing on the accident report is false, they say that the report will never be amended! They only “believe” on the lies of the false witness and of the other driver, who clearly were helped and instructed about what to say or write for their false declarations. After what I heard, it is now very clear for me that the police officer PC DEL ZOTTO was involved in that dirty work as soon as the date of the accident, because on the accident report given by her to me when we were at the hospital, my name was written on the LEFT side of the report, as driver of the vehicle said as “V1” (vehicle 1), and I was said that that designation is always for the driver which is “AT FAULT”. All police officer continue to protect PC DEL ZOTTO, saying that because she already retired, she is untouchable! They are all very dirty! So a police officer can commit murders and crimes just weeks before retiring and then be safe and protected!.. While citizen like myself, when making a complaint for copyright piracy that caused me losses, I even don’t deserve to be heard and given a complaint number! |
Update: 10 September 2013 The dirty police officers have instructed people from the garage where they have towed my vehicle to change the appearance of the damages in my vehicle by taking and editing photos such as to make the front bumper of my vehicle looking badly damaged, and have that bumper said as to be replaced in the quotation. They also gave instructions to not show or quote any damages on the rear of my vehicle. All this to give credit to the false accident report and causing the insurance companies to put all the liability of the accident on me, giving time to that dirty police officer PC DEL ZOTTO to retire and be protected from any complaint. |

Police officers, before looking at what speed we drive and then steal our money, tow away our vehicles and treat us as criminal, look first at your own sins! YOU commit criminal acts! YOU are the criminals!!! |
